I wonder if you know you have a heavy equipment operator bragging on Facebook how he smokes weed every day operating your equipment. Do you not do drug testing? Not a very good company if your letting someone who is high running your machines. Might want to do a random test on Troy Lee Harwell. He's a liability and an accident waiting to happen which could cost you millions.
