She seems to have an inferiority complex and states that she went to medical school and is not a clerk at Target. She cannot seem to handle intelligent patients but rather wants subservient ones.

everyone was polite, friendly and efficient and didn't keep me waiting at all. Dr was most professional, informative , reassuring and caring
