This is such a wonderful place doing so many amazing things for kids and childhood cancer. Their staff, doctors, and volunteers are so amazing and go out of there way for each and every patient. Thank you for all you do
This place is a joke. I was expecting a great environment with nurses and doctors who have knowledge in my sons condition given that they have his records from TCH in Houston, but man was I wrong. They confused my sons G-Tube for a colostomy bag, so that's one red flag, they used an adult pulse ox on an infant and were holding his leg down so it would read 95%, another red flag. Lady said she had 16 years of experience drawing blood but couldn't draw blood from veins on his hands? Horrible customer service. I left because I ... read more
