I called about a situation for which I needed assistance involving my elderly parents. I spoke to one of the VanNess men. He literally laughed 3 times while I was inquiring about the situation. A totally pretentious jerk. Even if he could have helped, I would have walked away. Unprofessional and condescending! No thanks.
Montyce was extremely helpful in getting me started with my grandfather’s estate management. She took the time to give me next steps and great advice, and she really got to know my case, without any pressure of signing her on. I look forward to working with her and the team.
