Phillip was excellent and the process was great
Although my service advisor was very courteous, professional, and helpful, I am disheartened to say that I am displeased with the work rendered by the technicians. From February 2026 until now, I've had the same request to repair the brakes and rotors on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I have the same embarrassing noise when braking, and more loudly than I did when making the initial complaint (front brakes). Bought a certified used 2024 GMC with warranty, paid extra and only Certified GMC dealers have touched it. Original shop who did the certifying and maintenance, did not replace fuel filter correctly. Since it was billed internally to that shop NOT under warranty at this shop, total BS. So much for warranty with certified locations. Cost me $330 out of pocket for poor workmanship when GMC installed new filter in the first place.
