I would not recommend this service for individual tax returns. I had been in touch with this firm for nearly a year prior to submission. I came into the office multiple times for consultation (2x Don did not show), provided documentation well in advance, and my taxes were blatantly ignored. The firm had to file an extension for which I required them to pay the late fee. I kept reaching out, and they would tell me that is was going to be processed. 11 years ago, I received a bill from the IRS, stating I owed them money. H&R block had been doing my taxes for the past 5-6 years. On the recommendation of our controller I took my taxes to CPA for review. Don reviewed my taxes, found numerous errors and I went from owing to getting a decent refund. The largest I ever had (at the time). H&R block's refunds were typically a few hundred.
