I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Made it less than a mile and the front driver wheel fell off. I was very lucky it fell off only going 30mph. When they came to reinstall tire, he came with a hand full of lugnuts. After realizing they neglected to install a single lugnut on that tire, and allowed me to leave without a final inspection.
