Enquired twice. Never recieved a callback or an email back.
I never received a call , email or text msg back after leaving a voicemail and an enquiry on online . Communication through a van build is a crucial component for me especially when paying 40k plus for the services they’re offering . Easy decision to take my money elsewhere.
We had a great experience in getting our new Renault Trafic converted with Van Life. Jarod and Sam are the most like able, friendly and professional team to work with. Communication was fabulous and we were able to book in numerous inspections along the build journey. Their knowledge, expertise and workmanship is second to none.
