Outstanding product and service. From the second, I walked in to Vanity Sense and spoke to Sabrina, I received first class customer service. She is incredibly knowledgable and doesn’t mix words. She provided me different options and answered all my questions - I went back three times. The delivery was on time and very well package. My double build 72 inch Navy blue vanity is incredible. Sharing my recent experience with Vanity Sense in Vaughan. I recently purchased two vanities from Vanity Sense (all they make is vanities), which were made to order, which were picked up and installed in two bathrooms. They look fabulous. Overall I selected VS because their product is a cut above (yet their pricing is quite fair). Their service is also very good. Very happy with the end result. I enthusiastically recommend.
I found this location through a Google search but the website didn't indicate that it had the white oak vanity in 42". When I called, Sabrina confirmed that they did have the item I was looking for, and that it was fully customizable. From the moment we entered, it was unlike any other vanity store. The products are high quality, made in Canada, and we could walk around the store with samples of the wood, the countertop and fixtures. We are so happy with the service, the communication, options and quality of our new vanity.
