Vanity salon is professional and the staff welcoming! My impression is that the owner nurtures a neighbourhood community feeling which I found enjoyable. Unfortunately, my particular stylist appeared to steadily lose interest with each of our appointments. He cut and coloured my hair for approximately 1.5 years. My wife took our 10-year-old daughter in for a haircut — and she really didn’t want one. But Hayley was incredible. She gave her a beautiful cut and made the whole experience so positive that our daughter came home beaming. Her exact words to me: “So Vanity is my salon now. I’m not going anywhere else. I love Hayley and only she can cut my hair.” Can’t say enough great things about Hayley, Vito, and the entire team. Amazing people, great atmosphere, and truly top-notch service!
