Never have I trusted anyone as much I trust Lv with my brows and hair (and life things). She goes above and beyond in delivering the best service. Not only that, she is flexible with your schedule and sends reminders every time. She has become a sweet friend of mine.
I get my brows threaded and colored by LV, and I absolutely love her. Not only is she adequate with her time, she's flexible with time and with my busy schedule she's always working with me. Every visit is a wonderful experience and she does am amazing job. Great prices as well. Customer service skills highly exceptional. ❤️ If you need brows done, waxing etc. LV is your gal.
I go to LV for full face threading, brow tint and haircuts. She is very professional and I am happy with the outcome every time. I love that she always works with me with my scheduled appointments and often lets me change my time. I have referred many people to her who are now repeat customers! She’s the best!
Called to see if they take walk ins and elvy said I was good to come in. She double booked and had another appt at the same time and rushed through my eyebrow appointment. Now my eyebrows aren’t sisters, cousins or even friends. One brow is super skinny and the other one is twice the width and I was charged $20 for this hack job. Awful experience and now I’m stuck with this till my right eyebrow grows back. :(
