Mara is very professional and the consultation for my hair was great. She did low lights because I have gray hair. It’s a process and I will make another appointment.

It is so painful to see that someone can be so vindictive. I have been a devout customer of Vanity Room for almost 10 years. Devout because of the quality of service and accommodating spirit. Mara and Virginia are incredibly warm, talented and professional. We in the Keys treasure our skilled neighbors, and professional community, and detest the fact that someone would intentionally try to ruin a perfect 5.0 rating that is SO well deserved. Virginia was rude on the phone. Told me “good luck finding some place cheaper” then hung up on me. I then found both Blue Bamboo, and J-Kindred were cheaper and nicer on the phone.
