Absolutely amazing customer service! Went above and beyond to make sure we had a new hot water service installed straight away after ours died. Couldn’t fault the service or the price. Very friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! Hot water service sprung a big leak and Jared turned up on time, explained that it was not a big issue and then proceeded to replace the broken parts super fast. All a week before Christmas!!! Legend.
I rang Jared Tuesday morning with a split hot water tank. Jared came over two hours later and talked me through my options. He was very informative and knowledgeable, and by Friday morning he had me up and running with a new hot water pump/system. He did an extremely good/tidy job, and i would definitely call on Jared again for my plumbing needs.
