They charged me $140 for a refill... The math they were attempting to justify it with made no sense at all. The technical work they did wasn't even high quality- I had to ask the first tech to reshape a nail he fixed twice & he wouldn't fix it again even though it still wasn't what I asked for. The design is okay, even tho it wasn't like the pictures I provided. All this to say, this place will SCAM YOU. I simply cannot go more than 2 weeks without seeing Jessica at Vanity Nails. When I go in they look just as nice as day one- just with a little growth. She is PRO. I have seen the work of the other techs do and they are great as well. Rose and Nancy give excellent pedi’s.
When you start your pedicure, they bring you a ring with polish color choices on it. I like that much better than digging through shelf after shelf trying to find a good color! Price for a basic pedicure is comparable to other places in town. The massage chairs are nice and new and the choices are simple, which I like. Great service as well as beautiful work! A bit pricey if youre looking to have a specific design done, but overall great service! The women working when I came in were very sweet and the nail tech kept on checking in with me as she was doing my full set to see if so far it's what I'm wanting. Unfortunately I hadn't gotten her name. Also, very relaxing atmosphere!
I love the way my nails look every time Jessica does them—she always does an amazing job, and I never have any complaints about the quality of her work. My only complaint is that my appointments seem to get mixed up frequently, which has become very frustrating. One time I scheduled an appointment online, received a confirmation, and then was told when I arrived that my appointment was never actually scheduled.
