When you start your pedicure, they bring you a ring with polish color choices on it. I like that much better than digging through shelf after shelf trying to find a good color! Price for a basic pedicure is comparable to other places in town. The massage chairs are nice and new and the choices are simple, which I like. I love the way my nails look every time Jessica does them—she always does an amazing job, and I never have any complaints about the quality of her work. My only complaint is that my appointments seem to get mixed up frequently, which has become very frustrating. One time I scheduled an appointment online, received a confirmation, and then was told when I arrived that my appointment was never actually scheduled. I love my nails I got today! I got engaged recently and showed Jennifer my ring and told her to go for it. She knew exactly what to do and all she asked of me was the length and shape. I love them soooooo much and will be booking Jennifer again in the future!
Gel manicure ruined my natural nails by splitting 4 of them directly down the middle. Pedicure could use a re-do: calluses looked terrible almost immediately afterwards. Cost me nearly $300 with tips!!! :( When I returned to the location and complained someone told me that it had been too long, & I would actually have to pay again to have them both fixed!!! :( total f&l: first & last
