My favorite nail salon ! staff and atmosphere is amazing , i love my nails every time !
I can’t recommend Anna enough! She has all of her own high-quality supplies, is incredibly talented, and is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet. She’s so polite, makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. The salon is also such a great experience with complimentary mimosas, which is a fun little bonus! This is only my second time coming to Anna, but she’s definitely earned a returning client. I’m so happy I found her and will absolutely be back!
This place does a great job on nails the first time. but I went there for a second time the customer service was AWFUL. There was a nail tech available and when asked to do my nails she said she wasn’t here today or doing nails or something. They asked me to come back at 2. I said no thank you and left. Should’ve listened to my intuition and the bad reviews. Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon, extremely slow and was told there would be a 30 min wait. I thought it was odd but I had no problem waiting for 30 mins. 2 other ladies walk in (had to check-in, no appointment) about 40 mins after Ive been waiting and were greeted and sat instantly in a pedicure chair (I also needed a pedicure) then after them, she was kind enough to seat me where I waited for another 20 mins before leaving.
