Never shop here!!! They treat people terribly!!!
The staff at Vanity Mart in Waterloo are fantastic. I am renovating two bathrooms and am replacing everything. I went there throughout May 2025 a lot because of my indecisiveness with what I wanted. I had a lot of questions. They were patient, kind, supportive, and quick on providing quotes. Whatever they promised, they followed through. Ridiculously overpriced.
Nancy and her brother at Vanity Mart are amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Assisted us to come up with solutions and ideas for our bathroom Reno. Will be back for more help when we do our other 3 bathrooms in the future!!!!!
