Of all the piercing shops in Ottawa, this is the only one I would EVER recommend. And yes, I am a Black, and I have been getting pierced and tattooed in this city for years. I had such a lovely experience with Emanuel today. I came in feeling quite anxious because my nose piercing was irritated and sore, but she handled everything with so much care, patience, and kindness. From the moment she spoke to me, I felt completely at ease. She was incredibly gentle, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I had such an amazing experience with Manu!! She did my facial dermal and I’m literally obsessed with how it turned out. All of the staff were super welcoming, professional, and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous as everything was so clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience so much better. The whole vibe was just really friendly and positive!!
