I was a first time customer, but not anymore. Jaimie really listened to what I wanted. I love my haircut and highlighting. The salon is very clean and has a cool vibe. It also has unique features that very few salons, if any, in B’ham have: moveable salon station chairs and wash basin chairs so wheelchairs can be accommodated. This makes a huge difference for ADA clients.

Courtney is by far the best I've ever had the honor to call "my stylist" Everytime I see her, I trust her with my noggin, and tell her it's her blank canvas and to Bob Ross it. The excitement and enthusiasm she has when styling my hair is beyond words. I've been going to see Courtney for my hair since 2013. She's been super realistic with what she is able to accomplish during our salon time and my hair always leaves in better condition then what I came in with. We have done a variety of different styles and colors over the years and she hasn't let me down. She's amazing at color corrections (I like to experiment with my hair) I always share what products and processes I've had and she knows exactly what to do.

Courtney, the stylist I saw at this salon, fried my highlights pretty bad, and left me with an overprocessed orange head of hair that she did everything to mask with styling, so that I didn't see all the damage until I restyled my hair at home, which I had to do right away, because she also didn't wash my hair good enough, and left a lot of my brown root color on the back of my neck, I discovered later at home.
