I was really let down by someone else, but Kailei got me in as soon as she could. I’m naturally shy and a little awkward, but the moment I walked into her salon, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Everyone there made me feel comfortable right away. Kailei took one look at my hair and worked her magic! I’ve already booked my next appointment. She’s incredibly sweet and truly talented—10/10 recommend!
