We had an excellent experience working with Bill and his team. Bill did a custom designed vanity for our master bath that came out beautiful. He gave us sound advice throughout the process. Stay away from this nasty old man called Billy We went here to get few custom made vanities for our house. After deciding what we want Billy said that he can make and install them in less than 2 weeks. After 3 weeks started calling and leaving messages which was never returned and even if i got to talk to him ,he would say its almost done and need more time. I purchased my bathroom vanity from Vanity Fair back in 2021 and had a very positive experience. Shortly after installation, I had issues with the paint finish. Each time I called and spoke to Billy, he took back the drawers and repaired them without issue. After the third time (without my prompting), he decided to build us new drawers to prevent this from happening again.
