Mo was excellent to work with from beginning selections of tile colour, vanity, storage cabinet, medicine cabinet, and trim. He was available to discuss any issues which arose and quickly solved the problems. Everything turned out great and he was great to work with. Excellent customer service!!

I found this company online and decided to purchase all my second floor Reno items here instead of going to the places my contractor recommended. In hindsight I wish I had gone there or even purchased items at reputable places like Home Depot or Rona after the hassles I went through. I ordered 64 x 32 inch tiles and one was completely chipped on the ends and another was 1/4 cracked into pieces. 3 full boxes of the 24 x 24 tiles were all broken. I purchased a custom vanity with the counter top, faucet, and floor tiles from vanity center. The deliveries were on time and everything was in perfect condition. Honestly the process wasn’t completely smooth though. The reason I’m leaving the 5 star review is the team was extremely quick to solve any issues we faced. AMAZING service. I dealt with a few people, and all were outstanding. I was a little unsure since it was all remote, it seemed like a new business & the offer to e-transfer seemed out of the norm, (but convenient). They worked hard to expedite my order, had wonderful follow up, and I was very impressed!
