I called to book a same day lash lift appointment and Melanie the owner was accommodating when I shared my desired appointment time. Julia was my esthetician and she was personable. Being that I was getting a lash lift for the first time, she explained every step and was gentle. The results came out beautifully. I will certainly be getting more lash lifts in my future!
Julia is genuinely a gem and gets my lashes perfect every time. Only reason why there is any stars at all. But I really don’t appreciate being told to stop talking so another client can snore loudly next to me. Instead of me being able to decompress and relax myself, I spent the entire time wanting to leave and feeling unwelcome. My money apparently isn’t as good as whoever else is in there.
