I had an extremely pleasant experience at Vanitas, from the fist consultation to the post-surgery massages and follow-ups. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, the surgery went very smoothly, and the facilities are nice and very clean. I have already started to recommended this business to people I know!
Thank you Dr. Rivas you are definitely top notch. 10 stars for great service, and a great staff. I have been getting Botox for a while but Dr. Rivas is not only gentle but injections are pain free. Will recommend everyone I know. Thank you Vanitas for always giving me exceptional services!
I have been a long time client of theirs and I can attest to the outstanding services they provide. Everyone on their staff is excellent, they always answer all my questions with great detail leaving me content with their services. As it should go without saying the clinic is very clean, and has state of the art equipment. I am very happy with everything they provide to me and will continue to be a loyal customer to them.
My first consultaion ever was with Vanitas. It was humiliating. The woman who did my evaluation made me feel worst than i already feel about my body. She made fun of me in a mocking way and told me that i would never look like Jlo. For one, i never even mentioned Jlo in this consultation, lol. I just wanted to show her 1 picture, 1!!!! and she got upset and said that they can't tell me how i will look. they never showed me before and afters. Great, great experience! The staff was very nice and comforting, I felt like I was with family. They cared deeply about my concerns and answered all my questions with great detail. The doctors are incredible and were great throughout the entire process. The doctor even gave me their personal number in case I had any emergencies or pressing worries; it is very rare finding a doctor who cares so much about their clients! In addition, I am extremely happy with the results :) Great group!
