I was disappointed with my experience. I paid for a consultation before my appointment and felt that the consultation fee should have been deducted from my final balance or explained more clearly beforehand. At first, I was satisfied with how my hair looked. However, after about three weeks, the work that was done to my hair started coming out and the style did not last as long as I expected. They are all just amazing people. They can do anything you want. Nothing but Love for these guys.
Booked an appointment with Vontoyia Marshall.. she canceled the night before the appointment.. still waiting on my refund (deposit and tip).. my daughter also comes here and booked with her before and someone else had to do her hair. I have been to Juanita Clay who was excellent! But I wouldn’t recommend booking with Vontoyia 🤷♀️
