I was so excited to get my nails done here for the first time, but the experience was horrible. I showed a reference photo and the senior tech started one nail, then handed me over to another tech who admitted at the end she didn’t know how to do the design. She was clumsy, mixed brushes, got glue all over my hands, and each nail turned out different from each other and nothing like what I wanted. Got my nails done today with van and Amy. Their attention to detail was unmatched and they were so sweet and gentle with my hands and feet. I will definitely be returning ❤️ thank you so much again

I had dip nails done. The first appointment there were some issues with my nails a few days after getting them done. The salon ended up calling me after I reviewed and immediately apologized, offering to fix my nails at no cost. My nails look and feel amazing. The service was so great and she followed up again a few hours after my appointment to check on my nails. Thank you!
