I posted this review yesterday as 2 stars because I was unhappy with the surprise and amount of the bill I received, after being referred here by Cigna insurance and being told it would be covered. Dr Chan himself called me this morning as a result. He wanted to understand what happened and to address my concerns, saying he wants their patients to have a good experience.
