Dr.K is an amazing doctor! She’s very knowledgeable, caring and great manner with our family. The receptionist was super helpful too.
I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent visit vaniru medical centre.I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but was told by the receptionist that the appointment was only for “check-in” and not to see the doctor right away. receptionist are friendly, but service feels like just another business transaction. Doctor does not listen nor answer questions properly and always just want to prescribe more medication. Always feels like having an appointment is a bother to her. Do not recommend.
Reception is realy bad! They don’t value patients time, you come on your appointment time and you still have to wait for an hour minimum! And they are very rude to talk to! Terrible!
