VanHoover Collision got my Tahoe back on the road looking as if the flying sheet of ice, off of an eighteen wheeler, never hit my front end. The damage was extensive but Simon, in his casual, relaxed manner assured me he'd take care of it. And that's exactly what he did. All I did was drop it off. Had water coming in from what we figured were the cab lights on the truck. They explained what the first to last steps would be and gave me an estimate to drop the headliner and look for the problem. I agreed with the estimate, they called with the problem, parts were ordered and they proceeded to do the needed repairs. The vehicle was returned completely washed even the inside mats were washed! Customer Service 100%, Satisfaction 100%. I highly recommend this business and if needed in the future, you bet I will return.
