fantastic customer service and experience. I own four of their tripods and they are still servicing my 263AT-Pro after its initial purchase 7 years ago, keeping it like new and thus allowing me to use the tripod in harsh situations if I need to. It is because of their excellent customer service I continue to purchase their tripods.
