The folks at Vanguard (Gary, Josh, and Isaiah) did a great job start to finish. . After Helene came through we discovered a leak in the roof . We were able to schedule our appointment in a timely way . The estimate was done on time and was reasonable . The work was completed the day after receiving our estimate We are very happy :) THANK YOU !!!
The team was able to come earlier than expected and did a great job repairing my chimney flashing and roof cap. They identified a repair that was in the estimate but that did not actually need to be made, reducing the cost. I appreciated their honesty and quality work.
Vanguard repaired a leaking skylight for me. I am impressed with their professionalism and their careful work, and I have total confidence in the repair. I will definitely call Vanguard if I should ever need other roof repairs in the future.

Gary came to my father in-laws house to check a leak. He identified the problem, did not try to sell us a new roof, and showed us what we needed to do if we wanted to do it ourselves. He departed with no charge. We asked him what it would cost if we had them do it and he gave us a price well below what we expected and we decided to have them make the repairs. His customer service and desire to help was so refreshing in a world that has seemed to lost to idea of good customer service. Gary was the best!!
