Vanguard Roofing was the absolute best choice for my new roof! Gary gave me three choices/quotes--all very reasonable. With my great choice, there was room in my budget for the extra option of new gutters, too--something I wasn't even considering. I hired Vanguard Roofing for a roof replacement, but the work was poorly done. The shingles were uneven, and some areas weren’t sealed properly, leading to leaks during the first rainfall. I expected much better quality for the price I paid.
My experience has been good: the quote was reasonable, Vanguard was flexible on extending the quote, and workmanship and materials were as expected. The work has just been completed, but I don't anticipate any trouble having problems resolved fairly should something comes up.
Vanguard did some work for our leaky roof at our church. They were prompt, professional, and eager to answer questions and give clarity on the extent of the issue we were having. They set clear expectations and gave us a thorough and direct quote that allowed us to make an informed and responsible decision financially for our church congregation. Would certainly recommend their services to anyone who is interested!
