Great company to deal with. I am a Facilities Manager that manages almost 50 properties. I am constantly reaching out to them for small repairs, and also the occasional large roofing job, and they are wonderful. Always go out of their way to help me and get to repairs quickly. A great vendor to have for all your roofing needs.
Vanguard has replaced the flat roofs on three large multi-family buildings for in in the last two years, and they are currently working on a fourth. I expect they may do a fifth this coming summer also. They provide all those things that are important to our facility management company; good pricing, quality products and installation, timely response, professional management in the field and office, safety awareness. They do what they promise, without change orders or excuses. I highly recommend them.
Vanguard is the most reliable and professional roofing vendor we've done business with in the Northeast. I would recommend them to any private or public client, whether for inspections, emergency repairs or re-roofs of all types and sizes.
