Very poor service by Amy. Inefficient, rude and extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend if you are using this service for move-out purposes

Prepaid a clean, which was cancelled on us moments beforehand. Business seemed genuinely surprised we wanted a refund instead of for them to just come next week. Refund promised but then not provided and completely ignored thereafter. Will have to get money back via credit card charge back. Seems extremely dishonest.

I have used these guys twice booking a "spring clean" after som renovations that covered my entire home in a fine layer of building dust. Both times were booked on short notice and the teams were very thorough, professional, quick and kind. They have great attention to detail and don't use highly scented products and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't reccomend more!

After buying a new house and receiving the keys, our excitement was quickly depleted by the state the previous owners left the house in. We had removalists coming at 7am the next day, so needed an emergency clean. I called late in the afternoon and Vanguard arrived at 730pm after doing a full day’s work and did a vacate clean, finishing at 1030pm on a Friday night! Can’t thank the team enough for saving the day and leaving the house sparkling.
