Stay away from them at all costs no matter how cheap they advertise their apartments. you'll end up paying all sorts of bs fees or dealing with pests, leaks, broken appliances that they won't fix.

I will say that the owner comes off as kind of shady, just in terms of his mannerisms (no offense) and how he presents himself- sort of comes off like a used car salesman type. But I actually ended up with a nice apartment with no trouble from him or the landlords at all. In fact they were actually very understanding and flexible. I kind of understand the negative reviews but I will just say that overall I had a positive experience. So I guess you don't judge a book by the cover.

Would give negative number review if possible. This is a very shady broker who is a jackass on the phone and only wants your money. Asks for your SS# before even meeting you, wants to run a background check and get your cash before you even commit to renting. Stay away or risk having your ID sold on the dark web. Both the owner of the properties and this mafioso who represents them should be put out of business.

Sheer garbage. I have made numerous inquiries about apartments for rent over the past 9-12 months and have never even once received a call or e-mail back. Completely unprofessional.
