True professional! Hiring a contractor can be a scary thing. But it doesnt have to be when you get the right one. Dealing with Marvin was easy. He showed up on time, was clean, respectful, and made sure I understood the scope of work. Marvin and his crew had to first support the lower deck. They could then place jacks on the deck and underneath the second story to support the second story. They then removed a major support beam that was rotted, and replaced it with a new beam.
