I 'm happy with the construction of the building. I was little taken back on how many subcontractors are involved in this process. I was under the impression Vanguard handled everything in house, with that being said, I believe that inflated the cost of the building above market value.
Vanguard has been easy to work with and provided us with a excellent building.
