Took 10 months to send a bill, then hounds me with a bill every two weeks. Website to pay goes to a page saying the website is no longer functional. Tried that phone number on website. Goes straight to voicemail. Tried Phone number on bill - On hold for 1 42 minutes before I gave up. Pushed option for answering service. Says invalid. Pushed option for front desk. She said wasn't the right number (even though on bill). Gave me different number. No humans, just voicemail. Bills threaten collection. Ridiculous
I have been on hold for over 75 minutes- the message that continues to play is: "You are caller number one in queue, your call is very important, please wait for the next available agent." Two stars because I remember talking with someone once, and she was very pleasant.
My Mom is 93 years young staying at a Nurse's Assisted Living in Avondale, Arizona. We needed direct urgent medical assistance, where personnel could come directly to the Facility and render her with precision medical care. By the grace of God I was able to find Scottsdale Physicians Group who serviced the Avondale area. The staff was very thorough and addressed my questions and concerns. They also come to my house can you believe it? Even the lab tech came to my house. Incredible! House calls of 2023!
Would have given zero stars if possible. Can't speak on the Honor Health facilities, but I can say the "virtual care" is a joke. Continously don't show up and cancel appointments. When I called in to complain thr supervisor was extremely rude and uncaring. Passed the buck onto their scheduling department. When asked for the owner's contact info, she then disclosed that he was busy and unreachable because they were going into bankruptcy!! Extremely unprofessional.
