Unfortunately, after many years with this practice, back when they were Town Medical, I am very dissatisfied with this group. Today, my daughter made an appointment for 5:30pm on the phone from her place of work. When she arrived at Vanguard, after an hour's commute to get there, they told her with very little sympathy, that she did not have an appointment! I can’t believe I just called the office and said I would like to come in for a Covid test. I was told you have to speak to a Tele med doctor first that’s how they do it now. So therefore you have to pay the office visit. It’s just the principle these places are so money hungry. I was also told I could go to a clinic but in that case you have to sort of swab yourself.😡😡😡
