First come first serve, receiving docks 29-38 for all types of vans (first dock open that’s your dock) you MUST have your delivery # in order to check in (PU or delivery same thing) I came here for a PU at 9 am, it took me 1:25 hrs just to get in (once here you have to wait in line in order to check in) the broker never told me that I had to print my BOL and here they don’t print your BOL, I parked my tractor at docks at 10:30 am now is 2 pm and I’m still waiting to get the TRL loaded. Horrible waiting time , rude people at shipping

Truck drivers, there is no way I can tell you how slow and unprofessional and rude the check-in workers are. I rarely leave reviews, but after 3:30 hours of waiting to check in, I couldn't be bothered to do it. Rating -5, if you could!!!
