First time at this shipper. Great team working here. I was pleasantly surprised. First you are greeted by the security Luis such a nice pleasant guy down to earth, Luis tells you exactly how things work where to go.. then at the check-in window I was greeted by Johnny very cool nice guy tells you how the procedure works and my loader Oswaldo wonderful guy just on top of loading and trying to get the truck out as quick as possible.
