We have used Vanguard for years and we will continue to do so! They really work hard to get the documents you need served, filed, copied or scanned in a timely manner. We've sent them on some interesting process of service requests and recently sent them to a detention center to obtain a signature. If we need a box full of medical records scanned to a disc asap, they work their hardest to insure that we receive it on time. I have used Vanguard for many years, and have been very pleased with their services. The personnel is friendly and professional, and on every case I have used them for they gone above and beyond to make sure the job was done in a timely manner, even in instances where information was missing or not given on my end.

I hired this firm to do document research for our family. After a month of miscommunication of what was being done, and what actually had been done, the response was “it is like looking for a needle in a haystack”. This was time sensitive and without a contract, nor an agreement of service, they did not feel any responsibility to perform the research they were hired to do. Very disappointing.
