We wanted to get our wills and powers of attorney done because we'd been putting it off for years. The whole process was much easier than I expected. Everything was explained step by step, the paperwork was organized, and they pointed out a few things we hadn't even considered. It's a huge relief knowing everything is finally in place for our family.
Required a $1000 retainer for a land title transfer. I have done this 3 or 4 times now and have never needed a retainer. Not knowing this requirement ahead of time really held up the process. If you looking to get things done, go somewhere else. Wish I would have.
