Tough call honestly.. massive demographic shift from portsmouth.. better qualoty of equipment here, the layout actually works and makes sense, cable machines need lube. No weight organization. Less sq footage overall, cant imagine many people come here of they did, it would be over run.. creepily quiet also. Id rather come here than Portsmouth honestly. Both places are equally dirty, neither location has ever been professionally cleaned and its obvious.

Place has been in a steady decline since its inception. You have completely dirty and disgusting bathrooms. One soap dispenser has been empty for months. and over the last few months now you have multiple trainers training multiple clients at the same time taking up multiple machines, equipment and floor space. There’s hardly anywhere to workout now without being pushed aside or having your dumbbells taken by the trainers or their clients because they have to super set 5 exercises with 5 different dumbbell sets.
