I am an Army veteran and my son joined the Cival Air Patrol. I had to order the uniforms from Vanguard and was very disappointed in their customer service. I measured my son's head for his ABU and Flight caps and used their sizing guide to order them. When they arrived they were way too small and we called to exchange them. We were told we would have to pay shipping to return and $8.95 to ship new hat. We have some items on back order and asked to just have the new hat shipped with existing order.
