This is the worst investment company I have ever worked with. Especially if you are dealing with Trust accounts. Forget talking to anyone if you are new and starting out, the hold times can be anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. As soon as I can, I am moving my funds out.
This company has the worst customer service and their platform is from the 70’s . They cannot open a simple trust and cash management account. AVOID. AVOID
It is very difficult to get a hold of any customer service departments for small business. Really frustrating if you need help.
As a small business owner, I opened a Solo 401(k) with Vanguard at the end of the year. The IRS allows these accounts to be funded when filing taxes—up to as late as September of the following year. So, in September, when I went to make my contribution, I was blindsided to find that while my account appeared active on their website, it was completely locked.
