They were quick to respond and very flexible with scheduling when I had a leak that needed fixing. Rand was awesome, friendly, and great with communicating everything. Highly recommend these guys and will be recommending to everyone I know for roofing needs.

I am a property manager and Vanguard was a huge help in remediating some water damage at one of my complexes. We had a severe water leak in a unit that caused mold to grow. Vanguard worked with a industrial hygienist to remediate the mold and rebuilt the unit to look basically exactly as it did pre damage. Mark and Sam were in contact the entire time, coordinated with us, and explained every step in the process before it happened. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for all of your hard work!!
I recently had sump pump failure flooded basement. Vanguard provided exceptional service and quality work for mitigation. The entire team was very professional and detail oriented.
