I cannot say enough about this company. I had storm/hail damage to my roof. Sam came out and assured me that homeowners insurance needed to cover it. After the insurance company offering cheap repairs and laughable offers that they expected me to take , and sending out 2 of their inspectors and an engineer, they decided they were no match for Sam. Fantastic contractors, did an amazing job on my roof and handled the insurance paperwork themselves!
Vanguard offered a free roof inspection and discovered wind damage to our 15 year old roof. They helped us file a claim and coordinated with our adjustor who wrote us a new roof. We added new gutters to the scope of work. The roof work was excellent, however a design issue in an odd corner resulted in water damage in the family room several months later. Vanguard did a great job on my roof. They have professional staff and thorough clean up. Everything they said they would do.... they did. They also followed up several times to make sure everything was ok. I had one small item that needed to be addressed. They immediately sent a team member out to solve. I would definitely use them again.
