Everything with Vanguard from sale/mgt (Jim) to the crews, were top notch. The process with my Insurance company was seamless. My new roof went on in w days and looks fabulous. The crew took extra care in protecting my landscape and a great job in cleanup. I had them paint my shutters and door as well to better coordinate with the new roof color. The crew was thorough and efficient and my new shutters look fantastic! I highly recommend Jim and the team with Vanguard.
Had an appointment with Vanguard (Andrew) today. I asked "Do you work on Labor Day?" and the answer was "Yes." He didn't show. I spoke to the owner, Sam, who sounded like a good guy, and he agreed that my decision not to use his company was understandable. Compare that to another roofing contractor who was stuck on the Beltway and called every 15 minutes to give me an update on his arrival time. Better to know reliability before work starts.
Sam and his crew were great thanks to Vanguard. We have a roof in tiptop shape.
Great work and so easy to work these guys. I happily recommended Vanguard! Thanks you Sam and Eric!
