Today I phoned vanguard fixings as we’ve never used them before and they had a rare stocked item we were struggling to get else were. Spoke to Tim, what a breath of fresh air, he made the process easy. He returned a call when he promised to(sounds silly but that’s rare these days!) he was polite and extremely helpful. The bits are apparently on the van ready for delivery tomorrow and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks very much ,we would definitely recommend these guys Paul @flexitent Ltd
