It’s been over 3 years since my family hired Vanguard for a kitchen remodel while I was pregnant. Chris was kind during our initial consult but later showed a different face. After having issues with misplaced lights in the design and scratch’s on our cabinets, Chris and his son showed up unannounced at my home, confronted me alone with raised voices, and spoke disrespectfully about me while in my attic. Vanguard has provided A1 service in all of our construction projects these past 11 years. Highly recommend !!
Have to watch him, will cut corners. And yes I did let you know when you did the work that we were unhappy and I had to paid for the new materials to make it right for one line. Unfortunately when you cut through the top of all the joists instead of putting a hole through, you really can't repair that. So yes people need to keep an eye on the work you do.
