I 100% understand the issues of short staff and service modifications that have happened because of the pandemic but this goes beyond that plus it is no excuse to treat patients so poorly. After calling the office every day for almost a month, those who picked up the phone (after almost one hour on hold each time), simply hung up or gave me the wrong information. I had a recent visit for hair loss with Dr.. Suraj Mathia and I was impressed. Both he and his assistant were very professional. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. His bedside manner is exceptional but what I appreciate the most is that he is doing his due diligence to find the cause of my hair loss before treatment. I recommend Dr.. Suraj Mathia. He is a knowledgeable and conscientious dermatologist.

After spending a lot of time researching a good dermatologist, i am glad i decided to work with Suraj! We spent quite a bit of time addressing the issues and Suraj suggested some incredible solutions and presented a plan that he thought would work for me.
