Dustin the owner was very professional. He came out to inspect my roof the same day I called, and had me a itemized estimate for the repairs. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, he went onto of the roof and found the leak immediately. He is always on the job site with his men, not watching from the ground he was the one carrying materials and Installing.
I found Vanguard Construction through this website. Dustin Lewis came to my house, inspected the site, and gave me an estimate. I agreed and paid upfront because he started moving forward with the work. However, we haven't seen him in SIX WEEKS and are still waiting for him to finish the already paid job. I have pics and all the text messages. Water continues to leak into my house from the rain, but he seems unconcerned. He fails to show up when he says he will and doesn't answer calls or messages. I highly recommend Vanguard Construction. He came out on the weekend, fixed the issues, explained everything he was going to do and the price was more than fair. Super professional and knowledgeable. I have a lot more that I’ve been wanting to get done around my house and I will use him for all of it!!
