Brought in a new computer that was under warranty. They gave it an evaluation in under 10 minutes. Very glad I brought it here instead of mailing back for service. Nice clean place. saw professional interactions with other customers.
Terrible terrible service took forever to fix my computer. Customer service was lousy hard time dealing with them wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
I was lucky I had my computer under warranty and was able to bring it in for repair. The turn around time is usually between 4-7 business days...so pretty quick to resolve an issue. A great service.
