Our experience was awesome! We were pleasantly greeted upon entering, given a tour and seated within minutes of our appointment time. Alexis’ service was professional and she executed my son’s haircut flawlessly. We were able to purchase the products she recommended so he can effortlessly duplicate the look! This place is terribly managed. Not enough teachers on the floor. It takes forever to get anything done.
